Likened to ‘The Breakfast Club’, this Serbian rites of passage drama centres around the hopes and fears of a group of disaffected teenagers.

After being locked into their classroom by their history teacher, an entire class rampage through the night fighting and flirting, boozing, smoking weed and jostling for sexual and social status. Tensions arise between different groups and as the various subplots develop a generation — largely ignored and dismissed by society — will learn more than they ever expected about themselves and their classmates.

There are some fantastic performances here in this eye-catching drama, none more so than Slaven Doslo who shines in the film; we are delighted that he will be in Kilkenny at the weekend to present the film.
